We have made this white sangria several times. The recipe for the sangria comes from the Washington Post. You add peaches, rashberries, lemon slices and mint leaves to the wine. The recipe includes rum and/or peach liqueur but probably not a requirement. We used rum. After mixing all of the ingredients the results greatly improve if you are patient and let the mixture rest for a day or more. We left ours in the refrigerator.
When you have finished the wine you will be left with a significant remainder of fruit. Toss in the blender and add some vanilla ice creme for a rapturous milkshake.
